Dipl.-Tech. Math. Univ.

Studied technical mathematics at Technical University of Munich with specializations in numerical mathematics, communications technology, and image processing. He completed his diploma thesis on algorithms for image segmentation using partial differential equations and obtained his doctorate from Technical University of Darmstadt for a dissertation on model-based numerical optimal control with applications in biomechanics and robotics.
Dr. Stelzer has worked in intellectual property since 2008 and qualified as a German Patent Attorney in 2012 and as a European Patent Attorney in 2013.

He joined Manitz Finsterwald Patent- und Rechtsanwaltspartnerschaft mbB in 2019. Registered representative before the Unified Patent Court (UPC) since 2023.
