Dipl.-Geophys.

Studied geophysics at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität (LMU) in Munich with specializations in experimental physics, geology, meteorology and biophysics. His dissertation was completed in the fields of rock magnetism and mineralogy. He completed his doctorate in the area of geo/paleomagnetism at the Institute of Geophysics of the LMU in cooperation with the Russian Academy of Sciences. His post doctorate research topic was in the field of geo/paleomagnetism.

He joined Manitz Finsterwald Patentanwälte PartmbB in 2005 and qualified as a German Patent Attorney and as a European Patent Attorney in 2009. Registered representative before the Unified Patent Court (UPC) since 2023.
