Dipl.-Ing.

Studied electrical engineering at the Technical University in Munich with a specialization in data processing and wrote his dissertation on the development of organizational software. He obtained his doctorate in the area of medical technology in cooperation with the Clinic Munich Bogenhausen and with the Max Planck Institute for Psychiatry.

He joined Manitz Finsterwald Patentanwälte PartmbB in 1990 and qualified as a German Patent Attorney and as a European Patent Attorney in 1993.
