Dipl.-Phys.

Studied physics at the University of Regensburg and the University of Colorado at Boulder with a specialization in solid state physics. His dissertation was in the area of microelectronics. His doctorate in the field of experimental semiconductor physics was completed in cooperation with the RWTH Aachen University. He was employed by a leading European semiconductor company as part of a management training program.

He joined Manitz Finsterwald Patentanwälte PartmbB in 2003 and qualified as a German Patent Attorney in 2006 and as a European Patent Attorney in 2007. Registered representative before the Unified Patent Court (UPC) since 2023.
