She studied physics at the FAU Erlangen and the LMU Munich with a focus on biophysics. Her diploma thesis related to structure-function-analysis of a membrane protein. She conducted research in the field of microbiology at the LMU Munich and in the fields of soft matter physics and magnetic resonance spectroscopy at the University of Konstanz.

She joined Manitz Finsterwald Patent- und Rechtsanwaltspartnerschaft mbB in 2021 and qualified as a European Patent Attorney in 2024 and as a German Pattent Attorney in 2025.
